e-Recruitment processes: Requisition management
A job requisition is an electronic document supported by an underlying recruitment software application, which supports the request to hire someone. Job requisitions are the first step in the recruitment process. A requisition workflow, supported by an e-recruitment application, typically allows for authorisation management, where one or multiple levels of authorisation must take place before the requisition is deemed to be fully authorised.
